Senior Leaders of Eternal Love Fellowship

At the heart of Eternal Love Fellowship are our senior leaders, Dr. Robert R.J. Johns and Kiara Johns. Together, they lead with faith, vision, and a strong commitment to serving both God and the community.

Dr. Robert R.J. Johns holds a doctorate in Organizational Leadership and Management. As an entrepreneur and the owner of a construction development company, he has a passion for building—both in the physical world and in the lives of people. His heart for community service is the driving force behind many outreach and empowerment initiatives under the ministry’s leadership.

Kiara Johns is a dynamic entrepreneur, minister, and mentor whose passion for faith, Women & Girls empowerment, and community development shines in everything she does. With a background in business ownership and nonprofit leadership, Kiara’s compassionate and visionary spirit helps cultivate a nurturing and impactful environment at Eternal Love Fellowship.

Together, Dr. Robert and Kiara Johns are committed to helping people encounter the eternal love of Christ and equipping them to live transformed, purpose-filled lives. Their leadership inspires a culture of growth, service, and unwavering faith.

Mission

Our mission at Eternal Love Fellowship is to spread Christ’s love globally, by serving, empowering and meeting the needs of people so HE can transform those who accept his love.

Vision

We see a world where people are healthy, healed and living out their God-given purpose, sharing Christ’s love and inspiring others to do the same.

Our Core Values

Love

We believe according to 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 that love is patient, kind, trusting, protective, hopeful, persevering, and unfailing. Therefore, we renounce proudness, envy, boasting, and dishonor. We let go of self-seeking interest, being easily angered, keeping records of wrongs, and delighting in evil or demise of others. We are committed to practicing these attributes of love as we believe this Godly love will not fail but transform, heal and deliver eternally.

Purpose

We believe according to Ephesians 2:10 that God created each of us to accomplish a specific purpose in the earth. We also believe that our lives are more fulfilling and meaningful when we align them to our purpose. It is our duty to know and understand what that purpose is.

Transformation

We believe according to Romans 12:2 that God commands and expects us to transform our minds and grow spiritually reflecting the characteristics of Christ which are contrary to the characteristics of the world.
